With the new year comes some new goodies, and if it is as cold where you are as it is where I am, then you will need some goodies to keep you comfortable. I have posted a couple of these already, but thought having them all in one location would be beneficial. Enjoy!
Here is a new book concerning Jonathan Edward’s influence on John Piper, Captive to Glory.
R.C. Sproul and the good folks over at Ligonier have made Sproul’s commentary on the Gospel of John free all month. What a great offer from a wonderful and faithful exegete. This will greatly enrich your studies this new year!
Also, Ligonier just keeps on giving. They have made the entire Crucial Questions Series free and have included Sproul’s three most recent additions: How Can I Develop a Christian Conscience?, What is the Church?, and What is the Lord’s Supper?
And finally one more from Ligonier. If you create a free account on their website they will send you a free copy of R.C. Sproul’s book, What is Reformed Theology? I have read this book twice, and it has greatly impacted my ministry and personal understanding of the Reformed tradition.
Here is another free ebook, this one written by Edward T. Welch called, Shame Interrupted: How God Lifts the Pain of Worthlessness and Rejection.
