Monday Music

As I mentioned in my last post, I spent a week learning about Music in Life and Liturgy down at the Theopolis Institute. So, some of what I learned and experienced is still on my mind. Over the course of the week we were walked through the history of Western Music (mind blowing) and one of the last pieces of music we listened to was by James MacMillan, Miserere which is his work on Psalm 51. It is twelve minutes long, and I recommend listening without distraction and with your earbuds in.
